I use a similar programm on the iPhone: EyeKiwi....Its collaborative system allows to add or confirm the presence of speed cameras.
You can also check on the website http://www.eyekiwi.com/map.html if there are speed cameras on the area you're going.
I prefer www.foxytag.com, which is free, works worldwide and is collaborative.
