Center Stage Turn It Up - New movie of this month. Center Stage 2 is titled Turn It Up. "Center Stage: Turn It Up" pretty much does away with American Ballet Academy as the center piece of the film - in fact, Kate, our leading lady, never actually makes it into a classroom. The movie plays more like "Step Up and Save The Last Dance," than an inferior rehash of what it takes to be a successful ballerina.
Through a series of chance meetings - and a bit of stalking - trained in every style Kate ends up teaching Tommy, an ABA baller-ino (his words, not mine), how to find his inner dancer.
